Our Story

GOCHES was founded with a simple idea: local businesses deserve a better platform, and customers deserve a better experience. We saw independent restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers struggling to reach customers online while large platforms took excessive fees and offered little support.

  • Riders go through an identity verification and safety briefing before joining the platform.
  • Age-restricted items such as alcohol and tobacco are subject to mandatory ID verification at the point of delivery.
  • All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We never store your full card details.
  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
