  • Order issues or delays

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information, unavailable recipient, unsafe conditions, or repeated failed attempts, GOCHES may cancel the order without full refund.

5. Pricing, Service Fees & Payments

Prices displayed on GOCHES may include:

  • Delivery fees
  • Service fees
  • Small Order fees
  • Packaging charges
  • Taxes and VAT
  • Surge pricing adjustments

GOCHES does not store complete payment card details on its own servers. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

11. Partner Responsibilities

Partners using GOCHES are responsible for:

  • Business licensing

  • Pricing accuracy

GOCHES does not independently verify every product or restaurant listing.

12. Rider Responsibilities

Riders must:

  • Maintain professional conduct
  • Deliver orders safely and responsibly
  • Protect customer information and privacy

GOCHES may suspend riders involved in unsafe behaviour, fraud, theft, or misconduct.

13. Intellectual Property

All GOCHES trademarks, logos, applications, software, APIs, graphics, text, content, databases, and platform designs are owned or licensed by Goches Ltd.

Users may not:

  • Copy platform content
  • Reverse engineer applications
  • Reproduce branding
  • Exploit services commercially without permission

14. Privacy & Data Protection

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
